Her expertise spans a wide array of techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Assisted Stretch, and Sports Massage, showcasing her versatility and commitment to catering to diverse client needs.

Her quest for knowledge and cultural enrichment led her to Southeast Asia in 2016 and again in 2018, where she explored the ancient practices of Eastern bodywork. This exploration ignited a profound interest in Shiatsu, Ashiatsu, and Thai massage, further diversifying her skill set and deepening her understanding of holistic health.

In 2020, Krystal’s journey took a significant turn towards mental wellness as she obtained a certificate in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), emphasizing the importance of mental and emotional well-being in conjunction with physical health. Continuing her trajectory of growth, 2023 marked a milestone with her certification in Integrative Reflexology, expanding her repertoire to include this specialized modality that focuses on reflex points to promote healing and balance throughout the body.

A fervent believer in the power of continuous learning, Krystal’s passion for subtle anatomy and breath work has become an integral part of her evolving yoga practice. She is currently pursuing her 200hr RYT certification, further testament to her commitment to personal and professional development.

Her practice is a testament to her belief in the transformative power of bodywork, not just as a form of physical therapy, but as a critical component of holistic health and well-being.
