I received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2020 and graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy Training in San Antonio, Texas in 2021. I is licensed in Texas and Virginia, and specialize in Deep tissue, Swedish, sports, cupping, and lymphatic drainage.

I have a passion to help people. My goal for every session is to be effective but relaxing so the client feels lighter. I always want to create a safe space for my clients, not only to relax and escape from life, but to learn how massage therapy can help them throughout life.
