Graduated from NVSTM Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. I have a passion for health, nutrition, and holistic healing. I specialize in Stone Massage, Cupping Massage as well as MET (muscle energy technique) and Stretching. If I am not doing an activity outdoors or a puzzle indoors, you can find me playing softball for the NAGAA Alliance. As an athlete and a former coach, I have a great understanding of the Anatomy of the body and the Kinesiology of the muscles. I find that Massage Therapy can help heal people in their own individual ways, and it helps me fulfill my need to help others.
