FAQ's

All Aura spa locations are open:

Monday – Friday 10:00am to 9:00pm.
Saturday – Sunday 10:00am to 7:00pm.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Please contact your spa location directly to cancel or
reschedule your appointment. Full service fee will be charged for all services not
cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you are charged for a
service, you may reschedule that service for no additional charge and must be
scheduled with the therapist originally scheduled with.

Spa guests who no call/show to appointments will be charged the full-service fee.

Aura spa is available for VIDA Fitness members and NON-Members. All are welcome to enjoy the spa.

All guests of Aura spa are welcome to utilize the locker rooms, steam room and sauna. We suggest spa guests to arrive at least 20-30min advance to utilize those amenities. Co-ed steam room and sauna available at our Logan Circle & U Street locations only. Guests receiving 45min + services will receive a plush robe and slippers upon arrival to the spa.

We specialize in private events at Aura spa. We will work together to customize your groups experience and also include complimentary champagne. Please contact the Aura spa Director Elaine Perhach to inquire about your event – elaine@vidafitness.com.

NON-Members may work out before or after their spa services for a discounted rate of $19.00.

We recommend shaving at least 24-48 hours before receiving a facial or body treatment.
